Error 1004 - When Trying to Send a File

 

If you continue to experience issues with sending files, please check the following:

  1. Confirm your Internet browser is using the most recent version available.
  2. Confirm your Internet connection; network interruptions or speed fluctuations can cause Send errors.
  3. Check your computer system clock for the current Date and Time.
  4. Confirm your Adobe Flash Player is using the most recent version. See Adobe Flash Player.
  5. Check the Hightail Blog for current system status information.

In addition to Error Code 1004, the above steps are also applicable to Error Codes 1000, 1001, 1002, and 1003.
