Error 1004 - When Trying to Send a File
If you continue to experience issues with sending files, please check the following:
- Confirm your Internet browser is using the most recent version available.
- Confirm your Internet connection; network interruptions or speed fluctuations can cause Send errors.
- Check your computer system clock for the current Date and Time.
- Confirm your Adobe Flash Player is using the most recent version. See Adobe Flash Player.
- Check the Hightail Blog for current system status information.
In addition to Error Code 1004, the above steps are also applicable to Error Codes 1000, 1001, 1002, and 1003.
