Desktop App: Files/Folder Not Syncing?

Did you upload some files into your Hightail folder and it's not available on your desktop app?

Try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Make sure that the File/Folder name does not have any special characters.
    Below are examples of any special characters:

    ! " # $ % & ' ( ) * + , + . / :
    ; < = > ? @ [ \ ] ^ ~ ` { | } ~
  2. Make sure the file directory path is within 256 characters.

  3. Click on the small Hightail icon select Help > Tools > Delete Temp Files.

  4. Click on the small Hightail icon select Help > Tools > Refresh Synced Data.
