Can a client send a file to me using Spaces?

To send files and collaborate in Spaces, users will need to register and sign up for at least a free Hightail Lite account with our service. 

Once a user has a Lite account, they are able to send a file through a Space up to 100 MB in size. 

If they upgrade their account to our Pro Plan, they are able to upload any number of files inside the space, meaning even the ones that are shared with them. 

To add a file to a shared space, follow the instructions below. 

Click the 3 dots top right corner of the screen, and then select ADD FILES.  Find and click on the file(s) you wish to add. 

An alternative option is to click and drag the files into the space. Once you drop them there, they should begin to upload.
