Not Seeing Receipt in Spaces

  • customer is a paid user in ht 1.0
  • customer is hightail_migrated
  • customer logs in and clicks on Avatar (top right) and do not see receipt option.

This could be that the user at one point was given a promo. You can check this by going to Satellite.

Search by Email

Click on Subscription

And under PROMOTION ID if promo was applied will have a long string of alpha numeric.

To End the PROMO, click on Special Action.

Then click on END PROMO

Once that is done. Have the customer log back in under

Have them check if they then see the Receipt Option
