Video Supported Preview Types*
LITE users: MP4 and MOV files (MOV files not supported in FF and IE)
PRO users: MP4, MOV, AVI, MKV and others (NON MP4/ MOV files will be transcoded)

PRO users: MP3, WAV, OGG, OGA, WMA, M4A, AAC, AIF, AIFC, AIFF
