What are the password requirements?

Hightail policy requires you to use strong passwords with your login ID. 

Your password must have eight or more characters and include upper and lowercase letters, at least one number, and a special character to make your password even stronger.

Password tips: 

• Always create a strong password, including a combination of upper and lowercase letters, at least one number, and a special character.  
• Never use your Hightail password with other online accounts.
• Change your password regularly and avoid re-using old passwords.
• Do not share your password.
