Why do I have to call to add domains if I want to add users?
When your Hightail for Business account is initially set up, only email addresses associated with your company domain can be added.
If you’d like to add a user outside of your domain, you’ll be asked to contact support––our support team can add the additional domains.
Similarly if you would like to block certain domains from registering with Hightail, the support team can block those specific domains.
