What is an @ mention?

When you’re leaving a comment sometimes it’s important that you call out or notify a specific person as part of your comment. Using @ mention feature allows you to do this. 

When leaving your comment start typing the person’s name with an @ symbol in front of it. If they are a fellow Hightail user who you’ve collaborated with before, you should see their name appear in a dropdown menu. 

After choosing their name and posting your comment, that person will be notified via email that they were mentioned in a specific comment.
