Within the Menu Hightail Spaces, you are able to add an access code, view activity, make a clean copy, and add to a collection. Below is a description of what each feature provides!
Add an access code- An access code is essentially a way to password protect a Space or files you have shared. Hightail users have the option of creating an access code to any owned Spaces or files they've sent. When ready, give your collaborators your access code and they’ll be able to successfully view your files. The recipient will receive the access code within the email notification that alerts them that a file has been sent to them.
View activity -To view the activity of members and their Spaces, you are going to first access your Admin Console where you can view all activity by members by going to the “Activity” tab in the top left corner of the page. This activity tab will show you which member created a Space, Space name, date created, last activity, followers, the number of files and comments.
Make a clean copy If you are working on a Space and then want to share that Space with an independent party for review of your project, you can make a clean copy of the Space with just one click. Go to the Space and hover over the Square that says 'Copy files to a new Space'. We'll copy the current version of all files in the Space and the new Space will not include followers, comments, approvals, previous versions, access codes, or permissions.
Add to Collection To add more Spaces to your Collection, simply navigate to the desired Space click on the menu button and select Add to collection. Select the Collection you would like to add to, you'll receive a confirmation within the application that the Space was added to your Collection.
