Spaces Tool Bar

Within the Tool Bar in Hightail Spaces you have a variety of options to manage your content. Here is a list of features.

Spaces - You can access Spaces that you have Recently Updated, Created or are Shared with you.

Create a Project - To add more Spaces to your Project, simply navigate to the desired Space click on the menu button and select Add to Project. Select the Project you would like to add to, you'll receive a confirmation within the application that the Space was added to your Project.

Archived – Spaces that have been archived can be located here.

Published to Core – OpenText has another cloud-based content management tool which is called Core. For ease of usage between OpenText products you can access your files in Core on the Hightail site.

Trash – This is where all the deleted items are stored for 30 days. After 30 days those files will be permanently deleted from the site. Files can be either restored or manually deleted here.
