MAC: Express App Quits Unexpectedly – Hightail

For Mac users that are using Express App that quits unexpectedly, folders in
"HightailExpressQueues" might be causing the problem.
To fix the problem, please follow the steps below in order to clear folder queue:

Step 1: Click "Go" on the toolbar.
Step 2: Select "Go to Folder"

Step 3: Enter: ~/Library/Application Support

Click "Go"

Step 4: Locate the "HightailExpressQueues" folder and delete it.
Step 5: Once the folder is deleted, reopen the Hightail Express application, and you should now be able to send.
