Hightail Terms of Service Update

We wanted to let you know that we are updating our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service to share more details on the data that we collect from you and how we use it. These changes reflect our ongoing commitment to transparency and are being made in preparation for new data protection laws that take effect on May 25th, 2018.

As an end user of our platform, we would like to thank you for your trust and support and want to reassure you of our commitment to secure and process your data responsibly. Our new Terms of Service will not expand the amount or type of data that we collect and process, nor do they restrict your right and privileges while using our services.

Additionally, in compliance with the new data protection laws, we will be asking for your explicit consent when you login to our website on your internet browser beginning May 21st, 2018 to continue using the Hightail service. This will not affect your account activity or content. Please note that after this date, our desktop and mobile installed applications, including our Outlook and Adobe connectors, will only be operational for users who have consented to the new terms on their desktop browsers.
