Why is my Hightail Service unavailable?

OpenText Hightail’s goal is for the Services to be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week; however it is possible that on occasion the Services may be unavailable to permit maintenance or other development activity to take place, or due to unanticipated force majeure events. If, for any reason it becomes necessary for Hightail to interrupt the Services for longer periods than Hightail would normally expect, Hightail will use reasonable endeavors to publish in advance details of such activity on its website. If you are experiencing issues with your Service, please check our status page for known incidents as well as scheduled maintenance periods.
