Unable to download without logging in

If you are being prompted to login in order to download a file, then this means the sender of the file clicked on the "Verify Recipient Identity" button. 

This will prompt the recipient to login in order to download. You must create a free Hightail account in order to login. 

Or you can contact the sender and ask them to resend without the VRI button checked.
