Transfer Spaces Ownership

As an administrator you have the ability to transfer ownership of all Spaces owned by a particular user to a different user.
On the Members page click the menu option to the far right of the users name whose Spaces you want to transfer ownership of.  Then choose who you want the new owner to be.
