How to manage Hightail Public Space?

A Public Space can be shared with and viewed by anyone who has access to your Space’s unique URL. To share your Space, click on ‘Share’ and then copy the link, and then provide it to anyone you want to share your Space with. 

Please note that a Public Space can be reshared by anyone who has access to your Space. If you’re sharing classified or sensitive files, make sure to set it to ‘Private.’

To make your Space private, click on the ‘Gear icon’ and then ‘Manage Permissions’ and select ‘Only Invited People.’

You can also add an access code for an additional layer of security. To protect your files with an access code, click on the Gear icon and click on ‘Add Access Code’
