How to log in to Hightail Applications?

When logging into Hightail applications (e.i. express, mobile, Outlook plugin, Adobe plugin, etc.), or if you encounter unsuccessful login, we strongly advise to log in once from the same device using the website interface at to validate your account and it should allow you to log in again to the client applications.




If you’re already logged in, we advise you to log out and log back in so we can validate your request.


Please note:

  • You must be under the same IP address (Wi-Fi Network) when you sign in to the website and when you log in to the Application for it to work.
  • You must use the same login credentials (username & password) on the website and the client application.
