How to delete my account in Hightail?

Before deleting your account, you may want to log in and download all of your files. After your account has been deleted, you won't be able to retrieve anything you've stored including the Spaces you've shared. 

To permanently delete your account:

1. Log in to Hightail using the link: https://spaces.hightail.com/login
2. Click the Avatar or User Icon toward the top-right of the screen 

3. Scroll down and click on the DELETE MY ACCOUNT option at the bottom of the page

4. Click YES, CONTINUE TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT to proceed
