File Upload Reached 100% and Stopped – Hightail

If your upload reaches 100% and appears to stall, please take a few moments to try these steps to work around the issue:

1) Clear cache and cookies on the web browser. Recommend using the latest versions of Firefox, Google Chrome, or Safari web browsers.

2) Retry the upload.

3) If you are on a wireless connection, try switching to a wired connection.

4) Run a speed test to check your upload speeds – an upload of at least 1.0Mbps is best for a smooth file transfer (Our West Coast servers are located in Portland, Oregon. Our East Coast servers are located in Ashburn, Virginia, so please test the location that you are closest to.)
